The Agreement

I understand any of the information I supply will be kept confidential and only passed onto the rescue that the animal is saved by - if applicable.

I understand the animal(s) in my care are the property of rescue and are not mine to rehome. This extends to any puppies/kittens born whilst in my care.

I understand I am not to put the animal(s) in the care of another carer, or potential adoptive family, without consent from CENTRAL QUEENSLAND ANIMAL SOCIETY INC.

I indemnify CENTRAL QUEENSLAND ANIMAL SOCIETY INC and its members from any liability, claims, costs or expenses that may arise as a result of my actions or care of the foster animal(s).

Any food, supplies, or accessories supplied by CENTRAL QUEENSLAND ANIMAL SOCIETY INC is to be used only for the animal(s) in my care. Unless specified otherwise in writing.

I take full responsibility of any animal(s) placed in my care and I will never allow my foster animal(s) to be at risk, neglected or abused in any way. CENTRAL QUEENSLAND ANIMAL SOCIETY INC reserves the right to remove any animals from my care if they believe they are at risk.

The information I have provided to CENTRAL QUEENSLAND ANIMAL SOCIETY INC is true and not misleading in any way.
